When its paried the language of the band will be in Chinese but as soon as you pay the smart band you will get an update which will change the language to English
About options:so here we get the date and time and the main watch phase and here you can see the remaining battery and the Bluetooth connection on the top to navigate you need to use a front touch button here we also get the step counts distance canary bird and sleep data the band also has defined my 4 filter and lastly we get the settings here we have the option to reboot and turn off the smart band
Honor band 4 also support raise to make feature and during our testing we find it works pretty good now as mentioned earlier you can use a smart band in two ways first is the regular race mode and then the footwear mode so with the provided shoe buckle you can use a smart band like bass

In the front face of the box we get the picture of the band itself and here on the top we have the name Honor band for running addition here are few features of this band this smart band is 5 atm water ressitant which means you can use it while swimming as wellAt the back we can see the MRP and you can use a smart band in two ways first is the wrist mode and then the running shoe mode
Opening the box: So first we get the user manual which is in Chinese but I think the retail version will have the English manual then we get the attachment which is basically a shoe buckle about that I will tell you in a moment here is the USB charger which is actually better as it's a plug-and-play and you don't need any cable to charge the smart band and here is a smart man module itself this has the 0.5 inch plastic OLED display and there is this OneTouch button in the front to navigate and as expected this smart band doesn't have the heart rate sensor and then we have disrupt it's a two-tone strap and the one we have here is the black and red combination the smart band will be also available in green color apart from these two color in China this band is available in few different colors which looks really sporty to attach the module you just need to push the main module and it snaps right in something which we have seen in the MI bands
